ADVANCED CRM ANDROID APPLICATION
ABSTRACT
To manage a company’s interactions with current and future customers, the CRM system is used. It usually involves using technology to prepare, automate and synchronize sales, marketing, client service, and technical support. CRM products comes with several features and tools and it is vital for a company to decide on a product supporting their specific organizational desires. In this android application, there are two main modules namely, Admin and sales executive. Admin can log in using credentials. Admin can see a dashboard where past 6 months data is shown with calculations. Admin can add, update or delete sales executive details. They also can manage all the new as well as old product details using this android application. Every new lead detail is added and assigned to a specific sales executive. Admin can view sales forecast with past 6 months calculations for every specific sales executive. Here, the admin could see sales forecast report on the basis of dates selection. Sales executive can also login using credentials. They can view their sales data for the past six months. They can view all the new leads as well as add a new lead. All the organizational leads can be displayed as well as can add new contacts to an organization. All the pending, as well as rejected quotations, will be displayed. Also, can add new quotation if required. Every sales executive can view his/her own sales forecast for the past 6 months. The application will also display the next month sales prediction details in percentage. All the communication of their leads is displayed. A salesperson can view reports of their sales in a graphical representation where it displays profit and loss based on monthly, quarterly and yearly
