Abstract:
This study investigates the potential impact of incorporating aqueous cayenne pepper juice into the diet of ROS 308 broiler chickens during the finisher phase on their growth performance. Cayenne pepper (Capsicum annuum) is known for its bioactive compounds, including capsaicin, which have exhibited various health-promoting properties in animals. The experiment involves a controlled feeding trial where broiler chickens are divided into treatment and control groups, with the former receiving a specified dosage of cayenne pepper juice. Parameters such as body weight gain, feed conversion ratio, and overall health indicators are monitored and compared between the two groups.
